Governor Arnold does it again, saying some issh he had no business saying. He was over heard making comments about Latina Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia, when he said. . .

Why I don't know but Ms. Garcia cleans it up for him, "I am not mad that he recognizes that I am passionate about the issues."
Now you know damn well when he said "hot" he wasn't talking about politics.
